COURSE DETAIL:
Run along sweet double wide trail with the beautiful Possum Kingdom Lake surrounding your adventure. Included in the mix is a shorter singletrack section that showcases the variety of trail running terrain that makes this sport such an adventure.
There a a few somewhat technical spots but really lots of good footing (for trails!). You will also enjoy a mix of grade changes and fun hills to climb that provide bring-your-camera moments as you look out towards this large body of glistening water.

Course is subject to change and if so, maps/information will be updated and runners notified immediately.
PACERS (52 mile runners only): Pacers can start at the beginning of loop 3 (mile 34.70). All pacers must sign race waiver located at the start/finish area at Bug Beach. No muling or pulling runner in a wagon.
AID STATIONS: Again, all aid stations will be rockin’ the cup-free status! Please bring your own water bottle or hydration system.

The 52 mile runners will have eleven (11) fully supported aid stations.
The 55 km runners will have seven (7) fully supported aid stations.
The 20 km runners will have two (2) fully supported aid stations.
The fully supported aid-stations will contain water, electrolyte drink, and a buffet table of other sugary/salty ultra goodies.
CUT-OFF TIMES (**Updated**): 14 hour 15 min time limit! (Based on the 52 mile / 55 km start time.) The entire course will be officially closed at 8:45pm.
ALL runners should start their last loop by 4:00pm.
All runners must arrive at La Villa aid station on their last loop by 6:50pm.
If you cannot make these cut-off times, you will be kindly escorted from the race and listed as a DQFBIP (Didn’t Quite Finish But Inspired Plenty)…but you will always still be a member of this tribe!
